This relaxed evening is optional, but we know lots of you may be travelling down to Devon in advance of the big day. If that's you, we'd love to help you shake off the journey.
We very much hope to stay outdoors as the sun sets, so a warm layer may be advisable.
We will have an early supper around 6pm, and retire by 10.30pm. After all, we're getting married in the morning!

Dress code
GARDEN PARTY FORMAL
If you'd like, we invite you to wear lounge suits, elegant long or tea-length dresses, or smart separates. Please bear in mind we hope to spend much of the day outdoors, on gravel and lawn.

Travel & Transport
Deer Park is just off the M5, 18 miles from Exeter. There is parking on-site, and cars can be left overnight.
There is a direct train from Paddington to Exeter St Davids, where one can change to a train to Honiton.
We'd recommend booking your taxi in advance; the night will end at midnight.

Accommodation
Deer Park has a large selection of ensuite rooms, which can be booked directly on a first-come-first-served basis with Deer Park closer to the time (more information to follow).
There is a Premier Inn less than a mile away, and a number of AirBnB properties even closer that could suit a group of friends (looking at you P , and the Nest)

Regretfully, we can only accommodate those whose names are on the paper invitation
When should I arrive?
Friday
If you're free on the Friday, arrive on Friday from 3pm. If you want to join us but can't get there until later you are welcome to skip the barbecue and just come to say hello, any time up until 10pm; please indicate this on the RSVP form so we don't prepare too much food.
Saturday
If you've stayed over nearby and would like to join Luke's Deer Park Run or Georgia's Pre-Wedding Breakfast, please meet them at 9am.
Otherwise, please arrive from 12:30pm, to be seated for the ceremony by 1:15pm.

Can I take photos?
We ask that you keep phones on silent and in pockets during the ceremony. For the rest of the day, we'd encourage you to pour all your photography instincts into the several disposable cameras and video cameras we've provided. We promise you can still put the results on your Instagram!
Adventure Fund
Your presence at our wedding will be gift enough, but if you would like to help us celebrate our marriage with a gift we would be enormously grateful.
As you will know, we love to go on adventures. We will of course continue once we are married, and if you were to support us with a contribution we would be extremely grateful. Any money you generously give could go towards a roof tent and leisure battery so we can get back to our adventure-camping ways.
For our honeymoon we are also embarking on our furthest-flung adventure together yet - a 10 day tour of Sri Lanka. We would be very grateful if you were able to contribute any amount to the trip to help us make it extra special, for example with lounge access before the trip, a safari excursion to spot elephants and maybe a leopard, and a hot air balloon ride over the Sigiriya rock.
Alternatively, continue to scroll down to find a Prezola gift list with some ideas of physical gifts and luxuries that we would never usually purchase for ourselves, but will make a tangible difference to our married life!
